Symposium on Wastewater Treatment

Representatives of thirty enterprises and authorities from Binh Dinh attended a symposium on wastewater treatment held in Quy Nhon on 18.02.2003. The symposium was organized by VIET-EURO-Consulting in cooperation with the Management Board of Industrial Zones in Binh Dinh, the Department of Science, Technology and Environment Binh Dinh and the Center for Investment, Trade Promotion and External Relation Binh Dinh.

VIET-EURO-Consulting headquarters is located in Quy Nhon City and one line of business is providing consulting services for high technology solutions.

The German company IAKS is specialized in design and planning solutions for drainage and waste water treatment systems and using automation technology to control those systems.

IAKS introduced solutions and systems for waste water treatment of food processing industries (sugar, dairy, beer) and wood processing industries. Besides new techniques for remote measurement were shown.

After the presentation participants discussed with the IAKS expert topics like area requirements, planning steps, construction time and costs for waster water treatment solutions for companies which produce or process sugar, beer, fish and minerals.

VIET-EURO-Consulting and IAKS invited the companies for detailed discussions to analyze the particular needs of each company and to design suitable cost effective solutions.
